Kate Stewart Releases New Nostalgic, Heartbreak Single “Numb”
Kate Stewart is ready to blow our minds with her new incredible single, “Numb.” It will serve as her debut track and one she has poured her heart into. The title is one people around the world can relate to as it covers the darkness a heartbreak can bring. Her point of view aligns with those who have also struggled with finding the light in a black hole. Sure to be an addictive tune, the song holds an early 2010’s vibe – nostalgic to the millennials of the globe.
In Maida Vale, Kate Stewart was raised in a home filled with creativity. From a young age, she was always taught to express herself whether she became a comedian like her father or a dancer like her mother. Stewart held a background in musical theater and stage school, pursuing a life in acting. However, after discovering her raw talent for music, she began songwriting. This led into her creating her ballad “Hate You” and then her most recent hit “Numb.”
Grammy winning producer and 6x nominee, Swagg R’Celious is featured on the track.
They have created hits for artists such as Alicia Keys, K. Michelle, and soothing vocalist, Kehlani. Also on the record is Grammy nominated producer and songwriter Keithen “Bassman” Foster. The legend in R&B manifested incredible tones in works by Teyana Taylor, Wyclef Jean, H.E.R, and more! Lastly, making a thrilling appearance on the record is multi-ASCAP award winning producer, Frank Romano. Along with the audio, Kate will be dropping a lyric video for the single, directed by Vogue Magazine’s featured filmmaker, Lucas Wilson. Kate never expected her former relationship to inspire the ode, but she has always been one to turn a negative into a positive. She remains proud of herself for evolving into the woman she is today. She is hoping that this song will resonate with many and lead them to becoming the best version of herself as well.
